Offer and contract

The product pages show the sets and accessories with a price in EUR including statutory VAT. The contract is formed when PayPal reports the payment as completed. Until then the page is an offer to buy the item on these terms.

Payment

Payment runs through PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. You leave this website for that. You do not enter card numbers here. The amount charged is the goods price our server calculates from the catalogue. We do not take a price sent from the browser.

Delivery

Free shipping within Germany. We deliver from a warehouse in the EU. To Germany the delivery time is 3–5 working days. For the rest of Europe we name the window in the order confirmation. We will tell you the shipping cost for deliveries outside Germany by email before dispatch. At checkout, delivery to Germany shows “Shipping: free” and delivery to any other country shows “Shipping: confirmed by email”. PayPal charges only the goods total.

Title and defects

We reserve title until payment is complete. Statutory defect rights apply. These terms do not cut down consumer rights.

Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal described on the withdrawal page.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live remain in force.
