What we handle

When you hand an order to PayPal, we process the first name, last name, email address, the phone number you typed, the delivery address and the chosen items. The goods price is calculated on the server from the catalogue. We do not collect card numbers on this website.

The browser stores the cart, the appearance and your choice about this notice locally. Those are local storage values, not advertising profiles.

If you email support@clenpig.com or info@clenpig.com, we process what you send in order to reply. Payment and refund questions go to billing@clenpig.com.

Purposes

Order details are needed to prepare the contract and pass it to PayPal. The basis is steps prior to a contract. Storing the cart and the appearance locally is required for the shop to work. We do not run an optional advertising measurement.

PayPal

Payments are handled by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg. PayPal receives the details needed for payment and delivery. We do not link PayPal’s own contact page here.

Retention

We do not run a customer account. Payment records sit with PayPal. A technical marker for the order may stay briefly on the server so a repeated return does not start a second capture. You can delete local values in your browser.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where the conditions are met. The supervisory authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

Providing the order details is required for the purchase. Without them the contract via PayPal does not start.
